Why I built this
I've been obsessed with the idea of Voice AI as a tool for self-improvement for a long time. There are so many high-stakes situations where realistic practice can meaningfully change outcomes. Interviews. Presentations. Client meetings. Negotiations. The ability to rehearse difficult conversations with a sharp feedback loop feels incredibly powerful.
When I looked around at the AI products built for consulting interview prep, I was honestly surprised by how weak most of them felt. Generic prompts. Robotic conversations. Little understanding of what actually makes a good case interview.
That felt like an opportunity.
I spent months speaking to friends across MBB firms, studying what separates strong candidates from average ones, and breaking down the anatomy of a genuinely good case experience. We iterated relentlessly on pacing, interviewer pushback, clarification flow, exhibit handling, synthesis pressure, and feedback quality until it started to feel right.
Case Room is the result of that obsession.
